Registration
Registration with Association Arzier Basket is done via the online form or with the committee. It constitutes a membership request and may be subject to validation by the committee or coach depending on available places.
Registering a minor
A minor player is registered by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms they are entitled to do so and to give the necessary authorisations, and undertakes to provide accurate information and report any change.
Accuracy
Information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Any health information relevant to coaching (allergy, treatment) must be reported for the player's safety.
Membership fee
Membership requires payment of an annual fee whose amount per category is shown on the fees page. The fee is due for the season; refund terms in case of justified withdrawal are decided by the committee.
Club communications
By registering, the member (or guardian) agrees to receive the communications necessary for club life and coaching. These are distinct from the newsletter, which is optional and separate.
Code of conduct
The player and guardian undertake to respect the rules, sporting spirit, coaches, teammates, opponents, referees and equipment.
Insurance and liability
Insurance (accident, health, liability) is the personal responsibility of the member or guardians; the club does not individually insure its members.
Photos
Authorisation to take and publish photos is optional and separate from registration — see image rights.
Acceptance
Submitting the registration form implies acceptance of these terms and acknowledgement of the privacy policy.
