This statement explains how Association Arzier Basket collects and processes your personal data in connection with its website and activities, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European GDPR.

- Newsletter: email address and subscription preferences.
- Shop: name, contact details, order details and history, pickup or delivery method.
- Contact forms: name, email, optional phone and message content.
- Technical data: server logs, IP address, browser type and cookie preferences (see the cookie policy).

Purposes
We use this data to manage registrations and teams; organise training, matches and tournaments; communicate with members and parents; process shop orders; send the newsletter to those who consent; answer contact requests; and ensure the security of the site.
Children and minors
The club welcomes minor players. Data concerning a child must be provided by a parent or legal guardian, who acts on their behalf and gives the necessary consents. Individual photos of a minor are only published with the guardian's appropriate authorisation, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It may be processed by technical providers acting for the club: the host (artofdev.space), the email service and — for online payments — the payment provider.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymised.
Security
The club implements reasonable technical and organisational measures (restricted access, hashed passwords, admin access logging). Any sensitive data (health notes) is accessible only to authorised persons.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and object, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@arzierbasket.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
