Image rights & photos

Principle

As part of its activities, Association Arzier Basket may photograph or film training, matches, tournaments and events. These images are used to support club life and showcase its teams.

Team and event photos

Group, team or public-event photos may be published on the website, in club communications and, where applicable, on its social media, with respect for people's dignity.

Individual photos

Publishing an individual photo clearly identifying a person requires their consent; for a minor, the parent or legal guardian's consent is required. This consent is optional and may be refused without any impact on participation.

Use of images

• The club website and team pages;
• Internal communications (newsletter, reports);
• The club's official social media, where applicable;
• Club and partner presentation materials.

Right of withdrawal

Anyone (or a minor's guardian) may request the removal of a photo at any time. Write to contact@arzierbasket.ch stating the page or image concerned.

Consent management

Photo consent is collected separately at registration and can be changed at any time. Without consent for an individual photo, the club does not publish images individually identifying the player concerned.

Data protection

Photos are processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
