Seller

Products

The shop offers club-branded items (clothing, accessories, personalised items). Photographs are non-contractual. Items are offered subject to availability; some sizes or models may be temporarily out of stock.

Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including any applicable taxes. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Orders

The order is confirmed after validation of the cart and, where applicable, payment. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

Payment

Payment is made online by card via our secure payment provider, or on pickup depending on the options offered. The club never has access to your full card details.

Pickup and delivery

On-site pickup (at training, a match or a club event) is the preferred and generally free method. If delivery is offered, costs and times are shown before validation. Personalised items require additional preparation time.

Personalised items

Personalised items (name, number, printing) are made to order and, except in case of a manufacturing defect, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation, exchange and refund

Any non-personalised item may be exchanged within 14 days, in its original condition, with proof of purchase. Defective items or our errors are exchanged or refunded free of charge: contact@arzierbasket.ch.

Personal data

Order data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Nyon (canton de Vaud), Suisse.
